55 years on and Alex could look almost contemporary (not so much the rest of them). There was pre-1967 and post 1967 when everything changed. One of the things that struck me about the Get Back mini-series was that the Beatles looked a lot like some of the bands of today in terms of the hair/clothes (George had some wacky outfits - shiny pink suit and furry boots) and of course the remastered film made it so current.
