What you got?

Thanks to C at the always-excellent Sun Dried Sparrows for the heads-up that the final series of Detectorists starts next week on BBC4. You really should watch it. Here's the trailer:

I've eulogised about Detectorists before, so won't go on again, other than to say you'll be glad you tuned in. The Beeb's programme website has a lot of clips from the first two series, if you want to see what you've missed already.

Oh, and there's the theme tune too, of course, which is perfect.

  1. Thanks for the mention - so looking forward to it. As we only saw the first two series for the first time when broadcast this year, we missed out on the Christmas special, but it sounds as if there were a few pivotal moments in that - so going to need to watch that online before Series 3. Did you see it?

    1. I also missed the Christmas special, and it's not on iPlayer any more. But, by the miracle of the internet, I will be watching it this lunchtime via http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x45azjg ... (how did we ever manage without the internet?)
